Recommended Action: Approve the Range Reallocations.

1Q 2018 Compensation Study Recommendations:  Recommending seven position classification range reallocations due to changes in job duties.

Alternatives:  Do not approve the reclassification requests.

Financial Considerations:  $21,454 additional for change in pay and benefits, all requests will be effective April 15^th. NOTE: No additional funds are being requested as a result of these requests.
