Prehearing Questionnaire - City

 

Valley Center Ordinances 1089-05, 1090-05, 1095-05, 1103-05

 

1.)    Fire and police protection has been extended to all annexed areas as described at the time of annexation.  To date the City has not received any petitions for sewer, water, or street improvements.

2.)    To date no petitions have been received by the City for street lights as described in City Policy.  All current municipal services have been extended to annexed areas including, but not limited to; street lights, storm sirens, basic road/street maintenance, animal control, code enforcement and police/fire protection. 

3.)    All services have been provided in accordance with the service plan prepared by the City for each respective annexation.  Services are currently being provided and an equal or greater level than prior to annexation.
