16-0050 2/2/2016 3:49 PMHenderson   I believe there is a typographical error in the resolution to appoint a commissioner to the Lake Afton Public Observatory Board of Trustees. The resolution appoints Mr. Howell, then states Mr. Peterjohn is to serve. Shouldn't the appointee and the member serving be the same person?
16-0019 2/2/2016 4:08 AMBobby Against More pro****ations aimed only at women. I guess men kicking the bucket from the same disease is of no concern.
16-0056 2/2/2016 4:05 AMJim Against More taxpayer funded giveaways. What a joke. Lower taxes will do more for economic growth than Soviet style central planning schemes.
16-0033 2/2/2016 3:58 AMPeterjohn   The real joke is that the setback requirements and number of allowed employees is not the problem with a rural home occupation. I live close to a guy who operates a retail business out of his home in the incorporated part of the county and its the traffic and road deterioration that is the real issue. Our dirt section line road is always in bad shape due to the increased traffic. So its nice that Sedgwick County is trying to promote enterprise in the county but the infrastructure is not conducive to commercial enterprise. But what do commissioners care? They all live on paved roads in Wichita. +1
