RESOLUTION APPOINTING BRENT SHELTON (BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSION APPOINTMENT) TO THE SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT BOARD (SCKEDD).

Brent Shelton is being appointed to the SCKEDD Board by the BoCC. Sedgwick County has four (4) appointments to this board. The County currently has 2 vacancies. Board representation must be made up of those with experience in internal controls, financial risk management, commercial lending, legal issues relating to commercial lending, and corporate governance. These appointments also serve at the pleasure of the BoCC. Any Board member may be removed from office and replaced at any time by the appointing Member upon notice to the SCKEDD Board.
