Ms. Phillips has served on this advisory board as an appointee for former Commissioner Dave Unruh. In the event the Commissioner appointing a member leaves office for any reason, said term shall expire, except that a member may continue to serve until a successor has been duly appointed. Ms. Phillips is now being appointed by Commissioner Meitzner. This term is for a period of four (4) years from the date of appointment, expiring March 5, 2023.
