RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS (BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSION APPOINTMENTS) TO THE SEDGWICK COUNTY BOARD FOR ONSITE WASTEWATER INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE, AND SANITARY SERVICE IN POSITIONS OF ENGINEER, INSTALLERS, HAULERS, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

Body
This Board has seven (7) members appointed by the Board of County Commission per Home Rule Resolution No.152-2002, providing for an advisory board; and Resolution No. 148-2005 amending the membership.
Membership is restricted to three (3) members who shall hold a current Sedgwick County license as an onsite wastewater system installer; two (2) members who hold a current Sedgwick County license as a sewage hauler; one (1) member who holds a professional engineers’ license in the State of Kansas and practices in Sedgwick County; and one (1) member who is a resident of the general public residing in the unincorporated area of Sedgwick County.
