Waive our attorney-client privilege for the limited purpose of allowing the U.S. Attorney’s Office to review a copy of the Leadership Study provided to the Board of County Commissioners by Stephanie Scheck, and in addition waive the attorney-client privilege with respect to email communication from the County Counselor and Commissioner Dave Unruh with respect to whether or not it was possible to fire County Manager Scholes as a result of his cooperation with the FBI investigation.
