Community Programs’ 2019 Funding Agreements

Recommended Action: Approve agreements and authorize the Chairman to sign.
These agreements outline the legal relationships between the County and the Community Programs' delegate agencies which are approved for funding in the 2019 adopted budget. These are renewal agreements as the County has funded these agencies for several years. The agencies and funding amounts are:

Financial Considerations: Fund center 56001-110. No additional budget authority is being requested, sufficient budget authority exists in the 2019 budget for these funding agreements.
Legal Considerations: KSA 19-101 provides the authority for this action. A simple majority vote is required. The terms and conditions of these agreements are substantially similar to prior agreements
