Recommended Action: Approve the agreement and authorize the chairman to sign.
Erin is Hope Foundation, Inc. is requesting controlled access for their “Hope is Thrilling” run on October 27, 2018.
The road closures include the west lane of 143rd Street East from the driveway at 6841 S. 143rd Street East to 73rd Street South and the north lane of 73rd Street South from 143rd Street East curving to the north to 71st Street South.
Alternatives: Do not approve the agreement.
