Recommended Action: Approve the use agreement and authorize the Chairman to sign.
Sedgwick County owns and controls property at 250 N. St. Francis, Wichita, KS (“Coleman Parking Lot”). Sedgwick County was approached by Savor Productions, LLC to host a social event held on September 28 and 29, 2018. The event is described as a food and music festival promoting brick and mortar restaurants in Wichita.
Alternatives: Do not approve the use agreement.
Financial Considerations: Per the use agreement, the County will receive a total of $450. Usage fee of $350 and $100 attendance fee.
Legal Considerations: This action is authorized by K.S.A. 19-101. A simple majority vote is required.
