During a purchase transaction for land that includes the easement, this 43 year-old temporary construction easement came up during the title work. Counsel for one of the parties has requested that the Board of County Commissioners executed a release of easement. Public Works has indicated that the easement has terminated per its own terms.
Recommended Action: Approve the Release of Easement and authorize the Chairman to sign.
