Sedgwick County Fire District 1 held two public hearings on July 25 and August 9 regarding the 2019 Recommended Sedgwick County Fire District 1 operating budget of $20,487,728. The proposed budget includes a $17,220,037 property tax levy, which is approximately equivalent to a property tax rate, expressed in mills, of 18.371 mills.
