On November 29, 2017, the Sedgwick County Board of Commissioners adopted resolution 189-17 which authorized the sale of the Wichita Greyhound Park property.
Alternatives: N/A
Financial Considerations: Proceeds of the sale will be deposited in the County General Fund.
Legal Considerations: The BoCC is authorized to sell and convey real estate held by the County under K.S.A. 19-101 third; 19-211 (b) and County Res. No. 119-204.
