UPDATE ON PURCHASE OF COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING.

The County has plans in the adopted 2018-2022 CIP budget for a County Administration Building to house administrative functions of County government. Moving these operations out of the County Courthouse will provide needed additional space for District Court, District Attorney, and Sheriff’s space needs. This presentation will provide an update on the Riverview building and new building costs.

Financial Considerations: The adopted CIP includes $16.0 million for this project in 2019.
