Body
The Board of Directors of the Council shall be no fewer than twelve (12) and no more than fifteen (15) members as determined by the Board, and one voting member appointed by Sedgwick County. Board members shall be composed of individuals who represent the broad interests of the citizens of Wichita and should include representatives of business, education, youth, and human service organizations, arts and cultural patrons, members of the general public and neighborhood representatives with interests or involvement in the arts.
