Recommended Action: Approve the Range Reallocations.
2018 Compensation Study Recommendations: Recommending eleven position classification range reallocations due to market adjustments. The reclassification would take the positions from Grade 136 to Grade 141.
Alternatives: Do not approve the reclassification requests.
Financial Considerations: $113,912 additional for change in pay and benefits, all requests will be effective April 22nd. NOTE: No additional funds are being requested as a result of these requests.
Legal Considerations: This action is authorized by K.S.A. 19-101. A simple majority is required.
