Background: COMCARE of Sedgwick County received several memorial donations, totaling $655. These donations will support the ongoing efforts of the Sedgwick County Suicide Prevention Coalition to educate the community and raise awareness about suicide prevention.
Financial Considerations - Donation: $655.
Funding Source: 31004-252 - COMCARE Suicide Prevention.
Budget Authority Adjustment: No additional budget authority is being requested. Sufficient budget authority is included in the 2018 Adopted budget.
Legal Considerations: The authority for this action is K.S.A. 19-101 and a simple majority vote is required.
Policy Considerations: All Sedgwick County policies were followed in the acceptance of these donations.
