National Public Health Week is April 2 - 8, 2018. This year’s theme "Healthiest Nation 2030 - Changing our Future Together" encourages public health professionals, health care providers, decision makers, and residents to partner together to spur the community to make the healthy choice the default.

 

Peggy Johnson is the 2018 recipient of the Dr. Doren Fredricson Award.

 

Dr. Fredrickson served as the Sedgwick County Health Department Health Officer from 2002 to 2008.
