Mr. Roberts is being appointed to fill the unexpired term of Randall Wells, who was re-elected to this position in the November 8, 2016 General Election. Mr. Wells resignation was accepted February 7, 2018, therefore leaving a vacancy. K.S.A. 25-1606. Vacancies. All vacancies in the offices of Trustee, Clerk or Treasurer of any Township shall be filled by appointment by the Board of County Commissioners. This term shall expire January 10, 2021.
