Background: The Nonprofit Chamber of Service of Sedgwick County provides support to area nonprofit organizations to improve their organizational capacity. Sedgwick County was instrumental in establishing the Nonprofit Chamber and continues to be a strong supporter. Sedgwick County partners with many area nonprofit organizations to deliver important services to citizens and this contract is one way Sedgwick County works to ensure these agencies have the resources they need to be successful.

As part of their work to support local nonprofit organizations, the Chamber hosts regular workshops and classes for nonprofit agency executives, volunteers, and board members. These learning opportunities focus on various topics impacting nonprofit organizations and their ability to operate and serve the community successfully. This agreement is a renewal. Sedgwick County has contracted with the Chamber of Service since the organization's inception. The compensation cap remains the same at $10,000.00.
