The Interlocal Agreement for the LETC shall be administered by a joint board comprised of the following members: (1) the Wichita Chief of Police; (2) the Sedgwick County Sheriff; (3) one representative appointed by the Wichita City Council; (4) one representative appointed by the Sedgwick County Commission; and (5) one representative of Wichita State University (collectively termed "Joint Board").
