RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the Chairman to execute a real estate option for a County Administration Building.
Body
The County has plans in the adopted 2018-2022 CIP budget for a County Administration Building to house administrative functions of county government. Moving these operations out of the County Courthouse will provide needed additional space for District Court, District Attorney, and Sheriff's space needs.
Alternatives: Reject the real estate purchase option.
