Title
Agreement with Cerebral Palsy Research Foundation of Kansas, Inc. for Wheelchair and Posture Seating Clinic Services.

Body
Recommended Action: Approve the agreement and authorize the Chairman to sign.

The Carney Center Seating Clinic at Cerebral Palsy Research Foundation (CPRF) is one of only three approved Medicaid Seating Clinic providers in the State of Kansas and the only one in the Sedgwick County area.
