Body

The County, City of Wichita and Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. have negotiated the terms of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), dated December December 13, 2017 regarding the construction, financing and operation of a proposed new structure.

Alternatives: Do not sign the Memorandum of Understanding.

Financial Considerations: The County commitment is $7 million dollars anticipated to be available cash for the construction of the facility. Options for funding to be discussed at future Commission meetings.
