Recommended Action: Adopt the Resolution.
Sedgwick County has entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement on March 7, 2017 in which Sedgwick County and the City of Wichita have agreed to purchase a leasehold, improvements (building) and personal property from MWCB, LLS for the Law Enforcement Training Center. This resolution designates persons who may execute documents to consummate the purchase.
Alternatives: Not adopt the Resolution.

Legal Considerations: K.S.A. 19-101 authorizes this action. A simple majority vote is needed.
