Recommended Action: Approve the Resolution.
This Resolution will amend Resolution 10-2004 and rescind Resolution 172-2009 in order to designate a representative of the Sedgwick County Association of Police Chiefs as a voting member; to designate the Assistant County Manager of Public Safety, Code Enforcement, and Emergency Management as the liaison for CJCC; to allow a voting member to designate two designees to vote on his or her behalf; and to update titles of the voting members.
Alternatives: Not approve the Resolution.

Legal Considerations: This action is authorized by K.S.A. 19-101. A simple majority vote is required.
