Title
Annual Affiliation Agreements with 42 Qualified Providers of Intellectual and Developmental Disability Services.

Body
Recommended Action: Approve the Agreements and Authorize the Chairman to Sign.

These agreements serve to subcontract the provision of Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) services in Sedgwick County to organizations and individuals that have met Kansas Department on Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) and Community Developmental Disability Organization (CDDO) standards. As the CDDO contracting with KDADS for Sedgwick County, these agreements assure that services are provided for eligible individuals with IDD. All but one agreement is a renewal. FY 2018 will be the first year of operations for Transitions Adult Home.

The agreements for the following contractors provide both the ability to bill the Medicaid system directly and to receive payment from Sedgwick County for services that are provided to eligible individuals through August 31, 2018.
