Recommended Action: Approve the agreement and authorize the Chairman to sign.

This is a one time event in honor of the 150th Anniversary of the Chisholm Trail. 

Financial Considerations:  There are no special expenses or costs.

Legal Considerations:  A Certificate of Insurance, approved by the Office of the County Counselor, is required and has been provided pursuant to Section 3 of the agreement.
