Sedgwick County Fire District 1 held two public hearings on July 19 and July 31 regarding the 2018 Recommended Sedgwick County Fire District 1 operating budget of $17,957,696. The proposed budget includes a $16,458,571 property tax levy, which is approximately equivalent to a property tax rate, expressed in mills, of 18.414 mills.
