Recommended Action: Approve the Range Reallocations.
2nd Qtr 2017 Compensation Study Recommendations: Recommending seven position classification range reallocations due to changes in job duties.
Alternatives: Do not approve the reclassification requests
Financial Considerations: $12,996 for change in salary and benefits. All reclassifications will be effective August 6th. NOTE: No additional funds are being requested as a result of these requests.
Legal Considerations: The Board of County Commissioners has authority to establish personnel policies and procedures pursuant to K.S.A. 19-212.
