RESOLUTION APPOINTING GERALD SEIBEL (BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSION APPOINTMENT) AS TREASURER TO THE KECHI TOWNSHIP BOARD, AS RECOMMENDED BY 1ST DISTRICT COMMISSIONER DAVE UNRUH, TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF LEE CASTER, JR.

Body
If a resignation is accepted before the expiration of said term, in the offices of trustee, clerk or treasurer of any township, it shall be filled by appointment by the Board of County Commissioners, to complete the unexpired term. (K.S.A. 25-1606).
Gerald Seibel is being appointed to fill the unexpired term of Lee Caster, Jr., to the position of Treasurer of District 1 Kechi Township. This term will expire January 11, 2021.
