Mr. Martinez is being appointed to the Solid Waste Management Committee by Commissioner O'Donnell. He has recently served on the Solid Waste Management Committee as former Commissioner Norton's appointee.
The terms of appointment are two (2) years. Terms begin January 1 and run through December 31 of the following year. Appointments by Commissioners expire when the appointing Commissioner leaves office for any reason. Vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired term of office.
