RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the agreement and authorize the Chairman to sign the agreement and the memorandum of agreement.

Sedgwick County Fire District Number One (“Fire District”) is entering into an agreement with the Pauline M. Weber Trust for the purpose of donating a residence to the Fire District. The residence will be used for training and, ultimately, a live fire training event, which would result in the burning down of the residence. Both parties agree that the final live fire training event will be concluded by 11:59 pm, June 1, 2018.
