Recommended Action: Approve the Range Reallocations.
1Q 2017 Compensation Study Recommendations: Recommending eight position classification range reallocations due to changes in job duties.
Alternatives: Do not approve the reclassification requests
Financial Considerations: Annually $18,064 for change in pay and benefits. All changes will be effective May 7, 2017. NOTE: No additional funds are being requested as a result of these requests.
Legal Considerations: This action requires a simple majority vote.
