RESOLUTION APPOINTING KEM MOORE (COMMISSIONER JIM HOWELL'S APPOINTMENT) TO THE SEDGWICK COUNTY INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES ADVISORY BOARD.

Each Commissioner appoints three (3) members to the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Advisory Board. Members shall serve for a period of four years from the date of appointment. In the event the Commissioner appointing a member leaves office for any reason, said term shall expire, except that a member so appointed may be filled for the unexpired term of the member in the same manner as the original appointment.
Ms. Moore is being appointed by Commissioner Howell for the 5th District to fill the unexpired term of Rev. James Toth, who resigned due to moving from the area. This term expires July 7, 2019.
