Newman University has applied for a CMB license for the Gladiator Dash, a one-day event that will be held on June 10, 2017 from 8:00AM to 10:00PM at Sedgwick County Park.

Alternatives: Deny the CMB license.

Financial Considerations: n/a

Legal Considerations: K.S.A. 41-2702 places upon counties the responsibility for licensing the retail sale of cereal malt beverages for those businesses located in the unincorporated areas of the county.  A majority vote is required.
