Parking Lot Lease Agreement with City of Wichita, Kansas, for lease of 60 parking spaces for the Ronald Reagan Building

Approve the agreement and authorize the Chairman to sign all associated documents.
Sedgwick County will be leasing 60 parking spaces, in perpetuity, from the City of Wichita, Kansas, for use by County employees and the general public who work and have business in the Ronald Reagan Building.
Alternatives: Not approve the agreement.
Financial Considerations: Total amount of the lease is $28,800 per year. Anticipated savings from vacated lease space for the occupants of the Ronald Reagan Buidling are expected to exceed the costs associated with this lease.
Legal Considerations: Authority for approving this contract is pursuant to K.S.A. 19-101. A simple majority approval is required.
