RESOLUTION APPOINTING ALEX MELUGIN (COMMISSIONER MICHAEL O'DONNELL'S APPOINTMENT) TO THE SEDGWICK COUNTY ADVISORY COUNCIL ON AGING.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt the Resolution.
Body
Each Commissioner appoints three (3) members to the Advisory Council on Aging. At least one of the members appointed by each Commissioner shall be a person 55 years of age or older. Members shall serve for a period of four years from the date of appointment. In the event the Comnmissioner appointing a member leaves office for any reason, said term shall expire, except that a member so appointed may continue to serve until a successor has been duly appointed. A vacancy shall be filled only for the unexpired term of the member inthe same manner as the original appointmenht.
Commissioner O'Donnell currently has three (3) membership vacancies.
