RESOLUTION APPOINTING SIERRA SCOTT (COMMISSIONER MICHAEL O'DONNELL'S APPOINTMENT) TO THE SEDGWICK COUNTY INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES ADVISORY BOARD.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt the Resolution.

Each Commissioner appoints three (3) members to the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Advisory Board. Members shall serve for a period of four years from the date of appointment. In the event the Commissioner appointing a member leaves office for any reason, said term shall expire, except that a member so appointed may be filled for the unexpired term of the member in the same manner as the original appointment.
Ms. Scott is being appointed by Commissioner O'Donnell for the 2nd District to fill a vacancy left due to the term expiration of Sarah Devries. This term expired March 12, 2017.
