Ms. Neugent is being appointed by newly elected Commissioner David Dennis of the 3rd District.
The terms of appointment are two (2) years. Terms begin January 1 and run through December 31 of the following year. Appointments by Commissioners expire when the appointing Commissioner leaves office for any reason. Vacancies shall be filled for the unespired term of office.
