A clerical error by the Clerk's Office was discovered relating to PIN #132288. The current owner is not the taxpayer for year 2014. K.S.A 79-1701 et seq. allows the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) to cancel taxes due to clerical error.
Recommended Action: Approve the resolution.
