Value notices will be mailed to real property owners on March 1, 2017. This report will provide data and analysis showing market growth and value trends in Sedgwick County. A valuation conclusion will show the typical percentage of increase in value and the number of increases, decreases, and no changes reflective in valuation notices that will be mailed March 1, 2017. This report will give an advance perspective on how real property values have trended in Sedgwick County.
