Recommended Action: Approve the change to the staffing table.
Technical adjustment moving position 20000234 from the general pay plan to exception pay. This position was moved from the County Counselor’s office to the Sheriff’s office as part of agenda item 16-615, approved on October 5, 2016; however, the position was approved to be placed on the general pay plan when it needs to be an exception pay position. This would be effective January 15, 2017.
Alternatives: Do not approve the requested reclassification.
Financial Considerations: No additional funds will be necessary, funding for this position was moved to the Sheriff’s office as part of agenda item 16-615.
