Recommended Action: Adopt the Resolution.
Appointment Terms to the Wichita/Sedgwick County Access Advisory Board have been set at one year beginning on May 01 of each year. The Board revised its Operating Policies to change the terms to two years beginning on June 01 of each year. It is therefore necessary to rescind the previous resolutions for the Access Advisory Board and adopting a new resolution to define the Sedgwick County Board of County Commissioner appointments, appointment terms, and purpose of the Access Advisory Board.
