On the 24th day of August, 2016, the Board of Commissioners of Sedgwick County, Kansas finds that a disaster has occurred relating to severe weather on August 19th and 20th, 2016, which has caused or threatens to cause widespread or severe damage, injury or loss of life or property in Sedgwick County, Kansas.
