Recommended Action: Approve the Capital Improvement Program Amendment.
The 2016 CIP includes this project to pave 5 miles of township roads and take them into the County road system. The projects are costing more than expected and additional funds are needed to complete the work. One of the projects will be partially funded by the City of Derby and Rockford Township. The amendment will add additional County funds and incorporate Derby and Rockford's proposed share of the funding into the project budget.
