Background: COMCARE of Sedgwick County received a donation from Tower Mental Health Foundation of Kansas. This donations will support the ongoing efforts of COMCARE of Sedgwick County to help individuals with mental health and substance abuse needs improve their quality of their lives.This donation was made in recognition of the valuable services provided by Community Mental Health Centers in Kansas.
Financial Considerations: Donation: $500.00
Funding Source: 311036-17
Budget Authority Adjustment: No additional budget authority is being requested. Sufficient budget authority is included in the 2016 Adopted budget.
Legal Considerations: The authority for this action is K.S.A. 19-101 and a simple majority vote is required.
Policy Considerations: All Sedgwick County policies were followed in the acceptance of these donations.
