Recommended Action: Approve the Resolution.
The Board of County Commissioners has authority to enact and provide procedures for the enforcement of the Sedgwick County Code; it has come to the attention of the County that Chapter 2, Article V, Division 2, Section 2-127 of the Sedgwick County Code contains an out-of-date reference to the Kansas Coliseum. This resolution arranges to amend that section to remove the reference.
