B489: Bridge on Hydraulic between 111th St South & 119th St South. District 2. Cost: $98,750 Cost Center: 21505-231 TranSystems
B490: Bridge on 143rd St East between Harry & Pawnee. District 5. Cost: $58,000 Cost Center: 21504-231 Cook, Flatt & Strobel
B491: Bridge on 71st St South between Webb Road & Greenwich. District 5. Cost: $127,005 Cost Center: 21503-231 Parsons Brinckerhoff

Financial Considerations: Sufficient budget authority exists in Cost Center 21505-231 (B489) for the agreement; CIP Amendments will be submitted to provide sufficient budget authority for B472, B490, and B491.
Legal Considerations: The BoCC is authorized to make all contracts in relation to the property and concerns of the County under K.S.A. 19-101 fourth; and to perform such duties as required by law concerning roads under K.S.A. 19-212 Ninth. This contract is similar in terms and conditions to prior contracts approved by the BoCC for this purpose.
