Recommended Action: Approve the resolution and authorize the Chairman to sign.
Since approval of the last resolution that authorized staff to execute documents and make deposits and withdrawals, an authorized staff member has left Sedgwick County. The last resolution is dated April 2014.
This resolution authorizes Brandi Baily, Principal Accountant, Mandy Estes, Principal Accountant and Sara Jantz, Director of Accounting to execute documents, make deposits and withdraw funds from the Kansas Municipal Investment Pool. The Kansas Municipal Investment Board requires participants to pass a resolution that gives certain officers and employees authorization to conduct business with the Kansas Municipal Investment Pool.
Alternatives: The Board of County Commissioners could identify other officers and employees of Sedgwick County to perform investment related activities with the Kansas Municipal Investment Pool.
